The Horizon Plus Prepaid Mastercard is sold and can be reloaded at EasyHome, EasyFinancial, SpeedyCash, Payday Plus and Cash Canada stores. It's not as good a deal as cards like the Travel Mosaik and CAA Visa TravelMoney, but it's better than cards like the Opus Mastercard and Nextwave Titanium Plus. All in all, it's a bit above average.
