The interest rate isn't bad, but there's a minimum income requirement and more than a $12,000 minimum income may be required to get the lowest rate. There's also an annual fee. The TD Emerald Visa might not be a bad card to get if you need a low interest rate card and bank at TD, but it isn't really worth going out of your way to get.
