Probably the best non-Gold/Platinum credit card in Canada, and possibly the best credit card in Canada altogether. The GM Card from TD Canada Trust gives you 3% cash back - more cash back than any other Canadian credit card - and does so for no annual fee. The downside is that the cash back can only be used towards the purchase of a GM vehicle. Still, the generosity of the reward program combined with there being no annual fee means that this card should be considered by anyone who doesn't have a hatred of GM's cars. One word of warning however - the interest rate is quite punishing, so make sure you pay on-time.
