One of the best reward programs in Canada and no annual fee, now on a student card. The only difference between The GM Card and this, its student counterpart, is that the student card has no minimum income requirement and, of course, that you have to be a student to get it. Should be considered by anyone who doesn't have an aversion to GM vehicles.
