The annual fee isn't bad, the reward program isn't bad, and the minimum income requirement isn't bad either. They are not, however, particularly good either. And the interest rate definitely isn't good. "Mediocre" seems to describe this card perfectly. You can do a lot worse than it, but you can also do better.
